Merger of Vitaline Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd with Pharmacosmos A/S Denmark

Vitaline Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd have merged with the Danish Pharmaceutical and Veterinary manufacturer Pharmacosmos A/S based in Holbaek. Vitaline has worked very closely with Pharmacosmos since 1997 and the two companies have a common interest in Human Iron Replacement Therapy.

Vitaline have worked with many Hospitals in the UK and with health care professionals to develop and provide treatment to patients. The synergy derived from the merger and setting up Vitaline as a UK subsidiary of Pharmacosmos will mean a more concentrated effort in bringing new products to the market; such a MonoFer^® Iso Maltoside 1000.
