Vitaline Pharmaceuticals aims to provide innovative, cost-effective treatments in the key disease areas that we operate within.

We endeavour to work with organisations in the NHS (mainly hospitals) to develop patient-focussed services and care pathways in to which our products are integrated.

By adopting an open, transparent and ethical approach in the marketing of our products we seek to engage with clinicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals as they, as service providers, attempt to deliver more efficient and effective patient centric services.

This approach involves the briefing, educating and training of healthcare professionals associated with the disease areas in which our products are used. It involves working closely with 'interest groups'. We work with NATA (Network for Advancement of Transfusion Alternatives) in the disease area of anaemia. Likewise, we work with Jehovah's Witnesses (who decline to receive blood transfusions) who promote alternatives to blood and who are strongly influencing the pioneering of bloodless medicine - a new developing standard in several surgical procedures.

Vitaline Pharmaceuticals supplies pharmaceutical products in three areas of medicine:

CosmoFer^® for the treatment of iron deficiency anaemia. ComerFer is an iron supplement.

Phosex^® for the treatment of high serum phosphate levels associated with patients undergoing renal dialysis. It is a phosphate binder.
